Saint Tropez Recap | 50th Birthday Getaway

To piggy-back on my epic 50th birthday party, I just HAD to go on a larger-than-life vacation! If there was one place that was on the bucket list, it was Saint Tropez, France. It is a coastal town right on the French Riviera (just typing that makes me feel bougie). It is famous for its nightlife, beach clubs, multi-million dollar yachts, fantastic French cuisine, and of course THE SHOPPING!

Getting Away To Saint Tropez

If you know me I am a HUGE planner! My friends absolutely adore this about me because all they do is show up and ask when and where ;). So let the story begin…….

We headed out of DFW flying first class on American Airlines where some of my besties and their hubbies met us for a week of pure bliss! We stayed in a luxury villa just minutes away from town. Each room had its own en-suite and private bathrooms, amazing sound system, and an extraordinary pool.

Night Club Night | Les Caves du Roy

We arrived on a Saturday and HAD to go to the famous night club there, Les Caves du Roy. We had VIP table service and the best view in the club. We danced the night away and “some” of us ended up on the dance platform! Coming in hot the first night was the only way to go.

Beach Day | Bagatelle Beach Club

What was your favorite day of the week?

Hands down the day at Bagatelle Beach Club. Joe and I were taken in the “secret” back cooler where we were able to choose which magnum we wanted to surprise the friends with and what costume I would dress up in! We chose “Queen of the Day” where literally four strapping handsome French men picked me up on a queen’s chair, wrapped my body with a queen’s robe, threw a crown on my head, and handed me a bottle of triple champagne with sparklers! The DJ rocked to the music and the club went crazy with dancing and fun. The magnum was poured and we danced the day away. (One of my favorite parts was sharing the magnum with strangers. They were literally blown away by the gesture. Sharing is caring).

Private chef | The villa

I hosted an ALL-PINK party at the house bringing in an incredible private chef! (His name is Anthony Berry +33619616736). The guys looked soooo good in their all pink outfits. I always say men in pink are the ones full of confidence. I wore a fab Alice and Oliva outfit and of course my girlfriends were so stunning. We started off with passed o’dourves, champagne, and caviar (obvi) while the DJ played some fun EDM in the background. My friends gave me the sweetest toast, literally bringing tears to my eyes. The short rib was so over the top and the wine was some of the best I’ve had. As you can imagine, the DJ took it to the next level and the line dancing was a must!

Yacht Day | Saint Tropez

On one of the last days, we rented a super fun yacht cruising around stopping at several locations snorkeling, cruising on our seabobs, and of course champagne and caviar (would you consider this a caviar pattern or addiction?) The water in the south of France is crystal clear and could not of been more dreamy.

All The Fun Things | Saint Tropez

Saint Tropez is known for their day time beach clubs, which in my opinion, is the best feature of the town. It’s a stay up late, sleep in kinda town. You arrive at the clubs around 2:00, have a relaxing, slow lunch typically with platters of fresh seafood like crab, lobster, and caviar! While you eat and chat with friends, there is live DJ playing in the background. As the day progresses so does the party. The clubs bring out huge magnums of champagne with sparklers while bringing up the beat of the DJ more and more by the hour. Absolutely the BEST experiences. Favorite clubs were Nikki Beach, Byblos Beach Club, Club 55, Bagatelle, an La Opera at night.

Other activities including shopping, wine tours, amazing dinners, a day at the market, and simply chilling at the villa. I think about this trip often and am so blessed with the best friends a girl could want and an absolute dream of a husband. Guess who we met at Nikki Beach Club (first pic?)
